It is called nation building to build on this Bush I and Clinton “New World Order.”  When Bush I and Clinton became “best buddies,” it was a strange relationship when these two became bed fellows.  Disrupt the whole region, bring down the house of cards, and then you can rearrange the deck in the New World Order plan.
