Good morning and congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Trump on their becoming a Grandfather and Grandmother on Easter Sunday as announced on Fox and Friends this morning.  In the interview, where the three were more anxious to talk about the feud between Trump and Cruz rather than the new baby, Ainsley retorted, “what caused it?”  Assuming Ainsley was referencing –  the  baby’s birth?  Duh – next question, please.

In many instances, incompetence in the news does not leave people disoriented, perplexed or cautious.  Instead, the incompetent are often blessed with an inappropriate confidence, buoyed by something that feels to them like knowledge.
