Watching Rubio, Cruz, and Kasich answer this question – took some time and a lot of swallowed hot air.  But, they all fell in line – wonder what Mitt Romney had to say when Rubio caved.  I bet when they left that podium some inadvertent activities followed because when we swallow air, this leads to a condition known as aerophagia. This is a condition where there is excess ingestion of air,  it can turn into air pockets in the digestive tract. This can lead to constant belching, burping, and bloating. There are some people (Rubio and Cruz)  who get anxious very easily. When they are anxious, they tend to breathe from their mouth and hyperventilate. So, in such cases, a simple tip is to try out some yoga and simple relaxation techniques to avoid swallowing air.
