This is the biggest fight we face. The Constitution is on the line.

President Obama is ignoring the Senate’s constitutional role, demanding a rushed confirmation of his Supreme Court nominee – a nominee that would make his pro-abortion, anti-freedom, imperialist policies permanent.

He’s unmistakably wrong. The Constitution is clear, and we’re fighting back.

Constitutionally, the Senate has a co-equal role – “advice and consent.” Their advice should be no Supreme Court confirmation until after the election.

Strong historic precedent – since 1880 – is on our side. The American people deserve a voice in selecting the next Supreme Court justice.

There has never been a bigger fight. A lifetime appointment means decades of decisions for or against life, free speech, and religious liberty.

President Obama’s partisan political allies already claim over 500,000 people support their false narrative.
