We have to understand Saudi Arabia is not our friend.  Right now they are trying to strangle us by holding down the price of a barrel of crude oil and are trying to run us out of the fracting business.  They have continued to lower the crude oil so low that even the barrel it is placed in costs more than the crude oil.
