This should never have happened.  This is America – a Christian country – not Obama’s Muslim country.  Obama has caused this.  This is a disgrace to the Constitution.

A Christian in the Marines has been court martialed for her faith.

She placed a Bible verse at her desk, “No weapon formed against me shall prosper” (Isaiah 54:17). Her commanding officer cursed at her, demanding she take it down.

When she refused, the officer threw the Scripture verse in the trash. Then this U.S. Marine was court martialed. Unbelievably, a military court held that a Bible verse isn’t protected “free exercise.”

This absurd argument was upheld on appeal.

We filed an amicus brief representing key Members of Congress and the top military appeals court has agreed to hear this case.

We’re again preparing a critical amicus brief on behalf of numerous Members of Congress. Our deadline is in just five days. Religious freedom in the military is at stake.

It’s our duty to defend the religious freedom of those who sacrifice their lives defending our liberty. Take action.
