Buying gifts for friends, older friends or relatives can be challenging because they frequently live in small places, have transportation limitations, and just don’t need a lot of miscellaneous things!  Or even for people who have everything!

Here are some items I have  bought for some of my elderly siblings, aunts, and friends.

A long-distance calling card.

A package of stamps.

Return-address stick-on labels with their address.

A variety of all-occasion cards.

Send them food, such as nuts, fruit, or even fish or meats.

Gifts cards from as an example, American Express,  for use any place.

If they have transportation,  then gift certificates to favorite restaurants are also welcome gifts for anyone.
