Your Representative can still stop refugee resettlement in U.S.

Congress should halt refugee resettlement in the U.S. because it’s a national security risk — Tell your Representative to support H.R. 3314 .
In the aftermath of the attacks in Paris, Congress should make sure Rep. Brian Babin’s H.R. 3314, is included in the spending bill. This is a national security issue, and the FBI Director has already told Congress that we have no way to fully vet refugees from Syria.

No one is arguing that the U.S. not help Syrians fleeing harm’s way. The UN suggests that the refugees should remain close to their home country so they return after the conflict is over. This legislation would halt refugee resettlement until it can be done in a way that doesn’t jeopardize the security of the United States.
