Barack Obama is the Commander-in-Chief. He gets to pick the targets. Recall his comments about putting together a “kill list” for drone targets and how much he enjoyed that. But as for actually conducting a war that will accomplish something? Not so much.
Barack Obama is an imbecile. Who actually believes that killing terrorists will harm the environment? For the first time in my life, I’m ashamed of my country.
