Obama, the Pentagon, and the  State Dept. continue to work behind the backs of the Congress and the American people.   Who exactly is in charge?  Does anyone know?  It is like Congress is floating in the air and not even present.  What are they being paid for if they are not doing their job?  Wonder how much we had to pay the Saudi’s for them to take them off our hands.
