Here’s Why Muslims In America Are Celebrating The Crazy Thing Obama’s Justice Department Just Did!

This impacts hundreds of thousands of people.

They claim it has nothing to do with bowing to the demands of Muslim inmates. But pork chops, ham, barbecue, and bacon — all popular food items carved from pigs — are being removed from U.S. prison menus by order of Barack Obama’s Department of Justice. Why the pork products ban? The administration says federal prisoners simply don’t like them and don’t want them.

Edmond Ross, a spokesman for the Bureau of Prisons stated, “Why keep pushing food that people don’t want to eat? Pork has been the lowest-rated food by inmates for several years.”

How is it possible that, for the majority of prison inmates, pork is not a preferred food? Are criminals behind bars across America so unlike others in the U.S. population?

Bacon is arguably one of America’s favorite foods and a best-seller for the restaurant industry. Could the far-left, politically correct, Muslim sympathizing Obama administration be catering to imprisoned Allah worshippers, for whom pig products are forbidden?

Ibrahim Hooper, a spokesman for the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the country’s largest Muslim civil rights advocacy group, said of the altered prison menu, “In general we welcome the change because it’s facilitating the accommodation of Muslim inmates.”

Does that signal a substantial increase in the number of Muslims incarcerated across America? The CAIR spokesman hopes that’s not the case.

Here are a few reasons why it’s hard to believe today’s inmates don’t care for pork:

Bacon, once simply a breakfast mainstay, has morphed into an industry of its own. Websites are dedicated to bacon. T-shirts are made about bacon. Babies are named Bacon. Bacon-laced desserts are found on menus, and bacon-infused vodka is available in liquor stores.

Given those facts, The National Pork Producers Council (NPPC) questions how is it possible that American prison inmates don’t like pork as much as citizens outside penitentiary walls.

Dave Warner, a spokesman for the NPPC told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, “I find it hard to believe that a survey would have found a majority of any populations saying, ‘No thanks, I don’t want any bacon.’”

Since the decision to ban pork affects more than 200,000 inmates in U.S.-run facilities, the pork industry will take a huge hit if the decision stands, and The National Pork Producers Council (NPPC) isn’t letting this go without a fight. The NPPC is currently hard at work coming up with a strategy that they hope will overturn this decision by Obama’s food police. — not the kind of police cop haters call “pigs.”

Maybe it is because Obama is preparing the prison for all of those Democrats who will be going to prison.
