Marco Rubio was a no-show for the Defense Spending bill today.  He said he could not be running back and forth from the campaign trail.  And just why not – that is his job.  Ted Cruz has returned from the campaign trail for every vote.

Rubio has missed more votes than any Senator in history with the exception of Barack Obama, who was the worst for being a no-show.  When he was there he always voted PRESENT – which means nothing – just couldn’t make a decision because he did not know what was going on – no brains – just teeth.
