The idea that we need to start publishing the names of all the people who are receiving welfare on the front page of the daily newspaper and on the internet once a month would be a good idea.  I think since we are helping people then we need to know who we are helping.  When are they going to start?  I bet the newspaper would start selling a lot of papers.
