Barack Obama and every single member of Congress who voted to send billions of dollars to Iran have already committed the most egregious crime against America clearly outlined in Article III Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution: Treason. By choosing to provide “aid and comfort” to America’s enemy Barack Obama and the majority of Congress are guilty of treason.
Treason against the United States is defined as 1) “consist[ing] only in levying war against them,” or 2) “in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.”
