It isn’t the first time he has taken on the GOP elite establishment.  When he ran for Senator he faced the same thing – all of those ELITE REPUBLICANS IN TEXAS.  They threw all kinds of cow patties in his way.  But, you know what, the truth always wins.  That is why those elites are throwing ole Jebbie into the mix.  Remember when Karl Rove  was giving all of those fake numbers on how far ahead Romney was in the race with Obama. Now he is doing the same thing with this election.  So he is on my dismiss list because he is part of this one world order crowd.

Ted Cruz has the approval of the Republican base. And the ambitious, first-term GOP senator from Texas has a plan to re-energize that conservative base — and force a showdown with the establishment candidate in 2016.

When Cruz first tossed his hat into the White House ring, few GOP insiders gave him much of a chance to win the nomination.

Newsmax magazine discloses that in Cruz’s view, the key to winning in 2016 is to articulate an unapologetic brand of conservatism that will give common-sense conservatives a reason to show up at the polls.

There’s also an exclusive Cruz interview with Newsmax TV host Ed Berliner, in which Cruz called Barack Obama “the most lawless president we’ve ever seen.”

This writer would have to agree with that remark.
