We keep talking about illegal immigration. Why do we keep talking about this subject? The people are here illegally. Seems pretty cut and dried doesn’t it? So let’s start there. The definition of illegal immigration is –
Illegal immigrant – an alien (non-citizen) who has entered the United States without government permission or stayed beyond the termination date of a visa.
Illegal Immigration is a Crime … Such illegal entry is a misdemeanor, and, if repeated after being deported, becomes punishable as a felony.
So any city official who houses and protects illegals are committing a crime against the country and should be arrested for breaking the law.
What is a sanctuary city?
Sanctuary city is a term given to a city in the United States that follows certain practices that protect Illegal immigration. These practices can be by law (de jure according to law) or they can be by habit (de facto – as a matter of fact).
This story is about sanctuary cities and how they house the worst of the worst criminals. So why are these cities breaking the law of the land? And when they are – why isn’t the federal government taking these cities to task by holding those city officials responsible for any deaths created by the criminals?
A good example of a sanctuary city is San Francisco , CA, where the entire city is not obeying the law of the land and a young girl was shot and killed this past weekend while walking with her family on a pier. The killer had been deported out of the country five times and had a rap sheet a mile long. Since the city is not obeying the laws of the land, the mayor of the city, the judge, and the sheriff who released this criminal back on the street should be held responsible for this women’s death and should be charged.
There are a number of laws that our leaders are breaking. Another law is possessing marijuana.
What States Have Legalized Marijuana – Currently, the use of both recreational and medicinal marijuana has been entirely legalized in the states of Colorado, Washington, Alaska and Oregon.
So that brings us to the recently passed law for gay marriage. Does that mean that any state that wants can go around the law and decide not to give out licenses for gay marriage?
Since there are states that don’t abide by the laws of the land does that mean that there will be states that do not have to abide by the gay marriage law of the land?
Why not? It seems that federal laws don’t really mean anything. Even our leader doesn’t abide by the constitution In the end, lack of leadership leads to lack of clarity. Lack of clarity leads to lack of following the laws of the land and therefore brings in lawlessness.
We shall see because time will tell!!
