Good morning America, this post is to give a shout-out to “Judicial Watch” and its President Tom Fitton.  Since 1994, the motto of Judicial Watch has been, “Because no one is above the law.”  To this end, they use the open records or freedom of information laws and other tools to investigate and uncover misconduct by government officials and litigation to hold to account politicians and public officials who engage in corrupt activities.  They are considered the number one watchdog group in Washington and the important fact is – they are a conservative group!

They recently “delivered the goods” for gun owners by getting to the truth about OPERATION FAST AND FURIOUS and forcing Eric Holder out of office. That’s right – and that was huge.  It was their investigative and legal work by digging into the botched and deadly Operation Fast and Furious gun-running scheme and cover-up that led directly to the resignation of the corrupt Attorney General of the United States, Eric Holder.  That real story will be told in another blog.

Holder announced his plans to retire as Attorney General (and get out of Dodge) after watchdog organization Judicial Watch sued and won access to a list of documents related to Operation Fast and Furious – between the White House and the Department of Justice.   Funny thing though – none of these people go to jail for their illegal activities – why not? 

As you all know, Obama and people in his administration are almost certainly the most radical anti-gun extremists ever to control the Executive Branch of the federal government and sit in the White House.  Obama himself said, “I don’t believe people should be able to own guns.”  He also said, “It’s not surprising, then, they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion – or anti-immigrant sentiment – as a way to explain their frustrations.

His first comment tells us what he really thinks about our Second Amendment rights.

The other tells us what he really thinks about you and me.

But it does not stop there.  For the past six years his Obama administration has done all it can to advance its anti-gun rights agenda, including:  

–  Concocting a politically driven and deceitful gun-running scheme that resulted in the death of a federal agent.

–  Exploiting national human tragedies, and;

–  Abusing the awesome regulatory power of the federal government to go around Congress and the American people.

You will notice that not one of these strategies involves passing legislation.  You see, passing legislation through Congress isn’t Obama’s strong suit. In fact, except for corruptly pushing Obamacare through Congress, the Obama administration is one of our history’s weakest administrations when it comes to getting Congress to act.  

So he is illicitly governing by regulation and executive fiat.

The bottom line is that Obama and his administration are out of control, and they are determined in their last two years to do all they can to “fundamentally transform America.”  

They want to keep expanding government and government power.  

They want to keep whittling away at traditional American social values.  

And – they want to keep attacking our gun rights by ignoring Congress and government by executive action whenever they deem it expedient or necessary–like Obama did when he bypassed Congress and unilaterally granted executive amnesty to untold millions of illegal aliens.

The point is – most Second Amendment groups fight the good fight in Congress to ward off bad legislation.  Judicial Watch does its fighting in the courts.  So we thank this group and if there is anyway you can support them because they need all of the help they can get until we can vote all of these Communist Muslim Democratic Party members out of office.

Judicial Watch is the one organization that has a proven track record of breaking through the compulsive secrecy and backdoor dealings of the Obama administration and holding it accountable to the American people and the rule of law.

So, if you have any spare cash, this is the group that I would support because they need all of the help we can muster because people just do not realize how evil this administration is!
