Urge House to strip military amnesty amendments from defense bill.  They are trying to sneak amnesty into the defense bill.

House Armed Services Committee adds military amnesty amendments to defense bill — Tell your GOP Representative to strip them out.

Last week, the House Armed Services Committee, during their markup of the 2016 NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) to fund the military’s 2016 activities, approved two military amnesty amendments, including the Gallego amendment that would encourage the Secretary of Defense to waive enlistment requirements for illegal aliens who have received President Obama’s DACA amnesty.

Title 10 of existing federal law already provides the Secretary of Defense with discretion when it comes to allowing illegal aliens to join the military, so the Gallego amendment, which only expresses the sense of Congress, was unnecessary. But by approving it, Congress could affirm Pres. Obama’s 2012 unconstitutional executive amnesty. Please tell your GOP Representative to strip it out before voting on the final NDAA bill.

Please send a fax to your Republican U.S. Representative and ask him/her to work hard to make sure it’s not in the final bill.
