This video is so inspiring.   This video simply proves that if you have a will, you can find a way. When this video was shot, Susan Boyle was 48 years old. She was unemployed and had never performed in front of a large crowed. Today she has a recording contract and recently was able to sing a duet with her hero.

I’m posting this video as a fan of a woman who never gave up.   Age is simply a number. Looks do not count. Having self-confidence is more important than what others think of you. Simply watching the crowd and the judges go from mockery to giving a standing ovation is beyond inspiring. In my opinion, you may not have a heart beat if you are not motivated to go after your goals and dreams after watching this video.

I love how everyone is calling her ugly, but can you sing like her? I love how everyone is calling her fat, but can you sing like her? I love how everyone is calling her old, but can you sing like her? I honestly wouldn’t care if she was a bum living under an overpass, asking people to put loose change in her styrofoam cup….she is incredibly talented.
