President Obama won’t take no for an answer.

He ignored the Constitution to push his lawless Executive action on immigration.

And now he’s demanding a federal court reverse its own ruling by today, or else.

Congress said no, after I testified before the House Judiciary Committee.

A majority of states said no and filed a lawsuit.

The American people said no, as we filed a critical amicus brief on behalf of 70,000 Americans and 68 Members of Congress.

Then, last week, a federal court said no.

Now President Obama is demanding the court issue an emergency stay, blocking its own ruling.

If the court doesn’t rule his way today, he’s threatened an emergency appeal.

We’re preparing to file another critical amicus brief to defend the Constitution against this imperial presidency.
