Senator McCain has to understand, the European leaders are turning their heads and hearts on two stages like they did in World War II – hoping it will all go away.  One, is the Muslim problem in Europe and then the other is  the Ukraine problem.  As far as the U.S. is concerned, we will continue to lead from behind.  Don’t you recall when Obama told Putin,  “I can do more after the election.”  That is what he meant – do nothing!  If we had anyone else in the White House they would be helping Ukraine.

Just the other day, Germany and France negotiated a Ukraine peace agreement with Putin  and look what Putin did – just laughed in their face afterwards.  Just continued the bombing and killing of the innocent people of Ukraine.  This is the tyrant Putin showing his ugly face.  His country’s economy is struggling and his is trying to bring the old Russia in the fold.  His plans seem to be  cowboy style – everything he does is like he is shooting off the hip.

Just look at his own people in Russia – they would love to have a complete democracy; but, with Putin,  it will never happen.  Look what he did to his people. The lines  in McDonald’s were always deep when we were there.  They loved McDonald’s and just the one little pleasure they were able to enjoy, he took it away.

The other big problem in Russia is the drinking water.  The Russian soldiers at every stop we made would ask for a bottle of water.  I found out later that is why we had cases and cases of bottled water on board.  They warned us not to drink the water in the hotel because it was brown and would make us sick.  In fact, I forgot and rinsed my tooth-brush with the brown water and came down with my face swollen and lips turn  inside out.  You would think if Putin had enough money for all of these wars, he would at least correct their drinking water problem.

The other problem they have are the old people – they do not take care of them.  You see them on the streets early in the morning sweeping the streets with straw brooms just to make some money.

The thing that tugs on me is – what does Putin think will happen after he is gone – he can’t live forever.  He is now getting up in age and is no spring chicken.   He can  continue to take over the Ukraine piece by piece; but, in the end,  the people will endure because they want freedom.  Does he want to go down in history as a lover of Russia or a tyrant?  Right now people of the world look on him as another Hitler!

Senator John McCain said Sunday he is ashamed of the lack of help being given to Ukraine in its fight against Russian-backed separatists.

“I’m ashamed of my country, I’m ashamed of my president and ashamed of myself that I haven’t done more to help these people,” McCain told “Face the Nation” host Bob Schieffer.
Schieffer didn’t’ let the comment pass, noting, “I’ll say this, senator, I’ve known you for a long, long time, interviewed you many, many times. I’ve never heard you say I’m ashamed of my country, which you just said.”

Senator McCain should not be ashamed of his country.  Lady Liberty has done nothing to him that he hasn’t been a part of.  The country didn’t cause it.  Until we restore the necessary common sense and good judgement to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president, things will not get any better.  You need to blame the fools that made him their president.  The country will less likely to survive a  multitude of fools such as those who made him their prince.

McCain said German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande have legitimized the dismemberment of a country in Europe for the first time since World War II. The two met with leaders in Kiev and Moscow last week, and have urged the United States not to send arms to the Ukrainians.
“Ukrainians aren’t asking for American boots on the ground,” McCain said. “They’re asking for weapons to defend themselves, they’re being slaughtered and military is being shattered.”

McCain has long urged arming Ukraine. He noted that it doesn’t have weapons to stop Russian tanks currently inside eastern Ukraine.

“Some of the best Russian special forces are there, and they will continue this aggression for as long as they can get away with it,” McCain said. “Vladimir Putin wants Ukraine not to be part of Europe, and he is succeeding in doing so.”

How will all of this end for Putin and Europe?   Time will tell what story history will be able to tell.  It can end up with Putin behaving himself and quit being so greedy and be happy with his “glorious” Russia or end up being  a tyrant like Hitler which he is portraying.
