The composers are Italian.  The song was taken from the soundtrack of the television drama of Leandro Castellani, “Quaranta Giomi Di Liberta.  The talented brothers are Europe’s most successful song writers.  They have created scores and songs for over 50 films and for television with their own orchestra.  It is a beautiful piece of music and the tune will certainly stay with you.
