Loretta Lynch, President Obama’s liberal nominee for Attorney General, testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee this week and showed why her confirmation should be rejected by the new Republican Senate.

When asked by U.S. Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) if she thought the president’s executive amnesty was “legal and constitutional,” Lynch said that she did. Lynch also told Sessions that she believes illegal aliens have a “right” to work in the United States, just as much as any American citizen.

Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) asked Lynch to identify the limits of executive power regarding unilateral amnesty, the investigation of illegal targeting of conservative groups by the IRS, and the use of drones on American citizens. Each time, Lynch refused to identify any limits on the president’s power.

After the confirmation hearing, Cruz said that it is “profoundly dangerous to have an attorney general, who by her own testimony is prepared to rubber stamp unconstitutional conduct by the president.”

MIKE LEE SPONSORS NEW SCHOOL CHOICE REFORMS

Mike Lee (R-UT)U.S. Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) sponsored legislation this week that would make quality K-12 education more accessible and affordable for American families.

The bill allows Title I funding to follow students to any public or private school of their choice, it removes the contribution limits on Coverdell Education Savings Accounts, and it expands 529 education savings accounts beyond college expenses to K-12 educational expenses.

“This legislation will empower parents to invest more in their child’s education and allow parents to choose what school best meets their child’s needs,” said Lee.

With the president being forced to drop his plan to tax 529 education accounts, now is the time for Republicans to go on the offense and push for greater freedom and choice in education. Senator Lee is helping to lead that fight.

“AUDIT THE FED” BILL GAINS MOMENTUM

U.S. Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) sponsored new “Audit the Fed” legislation this week, which would eliminate the restrictions on Government Accountability Office (GAO) audits for the Federal Reserve and require the Fed’s credit facilities, securities purchase, and quantitative easing activities to be subject to Congressional oversight.

“The Fed currently operates under a cloak of secrecy and it has gone on for too long,” said Paul. “The American people have a right to know what the Federal Reserve is doing with our nation’s money supply.”

Establishment Republicans in Washington have fought this idea in the past, but they appear to be relenting under public pressure. If this measure receives a vote in the Senate this year, it has a good chance of passing.

We must do a better job this time of vetting Lynch for the job.  This rubber stamping of unconstitutional action and especially dividing the country on a continuous basis has to be stopped.

As far as education is concerned, we must be sure the education decisions remain in the state rather than the Federal government.  The Feds just want to get their hands on the tax money and redistribute it.

Audit the Feds is very important to the American people.  We have to be more open on where we stand as far as our gold reserve.  The tell us how much they have thrown away and what we owe;  now, let’s audit the Federal Reserve and see how much we have in the bank.  Isn’t that the way any household budget is managed – checks and balances?  It is the people’s money not the Federal Reserve’s so why should it be a secret.  Let’s keep pressuring the representatives that this must happen.

On who is Lynch and how is she connected to Holder – well it seems there is a connection.

My, my what a web Washington weaves. In the military it’s called CYA (cover your ass)—nothing or no one can be trusted these days!!!! When will this stop?

Who is Loretta Lynch?

Curious circumstances!

They have started investigating Loretta Lynch, Obama’s choice for Attorney-General, and immediately they could see an interesting and unnerving connection. It appears that when Loretta Lynch started at Harvard, she co-founded an African-American-only Sorority, and there was only one other girl in this sorority: Sharon Malone.

The name rings a bell…

The name of the wife of the current, corrupt AG, Eric Holder, is Sharon Malone. She is the sister of a known civil rights activist leader Vivian Malone-Jones (one of two black students who enrolled in the all-white University of Alabama).

They checked their ages: both were born in 1959 and both went to Harvard at the same time. There were very few African-American students in Harvard in 1977-1981, so it is rather certain that Loretta Lynch is an old college friend of Sharon Malone, the wife of the current AG, Eric Holder!

Why is this connection important? Holder will inevitably be investigated by Congress for totally lawless gun-trafficking to Mexican drug cartels in Fast And Furious, the IRS scandal, the VA scandal, the DOJ, NSA, EPA, FEC and other scandals. Most importantly, AG Holder covered up Obama’s use of a stolen Connecticut Social Security number (Harrison J. Bounel 042-68-4425) and Obama’s use of several different bogus ID’s.

It seems that a long time college friend of Holder’s wife was picked up as a gate-keeper by Obama to continue all of the cover up actions by Holder and, MOST IMPORTANTLY, to shield Holder and Obama from criminal prosecution.

Remember — Loretta Lynch, Obama’s pick for Attorney-General.

Isn’t it amazing how all the pieces to the Obama Puzzle are out there, and as we are now seeing after this length of time, they are finally coming together.
