What would you do if you had a company who performed like the IRS? Instead of reinventing the company, we would reinvent the management.  We would fire the whole damn bunch and start over.  (A good example is Lois Lerner, who retired and went home with a golden parachute.)  We need to discharge the entire top management of this government because of dereliction of duty which would save on expenses and improve efficiency,  but just think how it would improve the morale.  

The behavior of this group has failed to perform their job by allowing 57 percent of collections (folks, that is $1.9 billion to fall through the cracks).  It seems according to this group – they can’t find the people who owe back taxes.  My question is why not?  The reason is – they do not want to perform their jobs like following a check list that tells you how to find these people – instead they want to drink wine in a hot tub in Las Vegas, put on party star wars seminars, and especially harass conservatives – they seem to have time to do all of those things. They did not even know there was a check list available because they can’t even follow directions in their job description.  

The other part of this equation is these same workers are behind in their own taxes and are a part of this equation.  The moral to this story is when they see all of the corruption and lawlessness at the top of the ladder in this government, as the story goes – monkey see, monkey do – so, they follow suit.

As you will remember the Communists rules that apply here are: Cause the breakdown of the old moral virtues, honesty, sobriety, confidence, faith in the pledged word and encourage civil disorders and foster lenient and soft attitude on the part of government toward such disorders.
