In an extraordinary example of wisdom, our founding fathers established three branches of government – legislative, executive and judicial – as a means to counterbalance the powers of one over another.  But throughout our history, there are examples of usurpation by presidents to dilute our constitution.

The current, so-called Affordable Care Act (ACA) (Obamacare) was passed  and not one word of this Act was read or understood  by both Houses of Congress, and Barack Obama signed it into law on March 23, 2010.  But due to faulty programming and misguided government oversight, the ACA has stumbled and is now on the verge of  failure.  But Obama has reached into his magic bag of tricks and determined that he can personally change the law and use these revisions as another means to deceive the American people, that is, until November, 2014 mid-term elections are over with.  

Tragically, he does not see the necessity of going back to Congress and have the law legally changed.  That, my fellow Americans, is completely unacceptable and smacks of dictatorship from the very one who claims to know the Constitution because he taught it for several years.

 Please contact your U.S. Representative and U.S. Senators and have them put a stop to Obama’s unilateral decision-making.  He must be reminded that he is President and, as such, his power is limited.  He continues to use that pen and phone and is breaking the law.  He continues to make decisions which are not good for our country and is putting all of us in peril.
