KOMMONSENTSJANE – NIETO VISITS – BUT NO MARINE

Mexico’s President Enrique Pena Nieto visited California; but, I was disappointed.  I thought surely he came, personally,  to bring our Marine back  home.  But no!  He did not see fit to do so.  It seems the goal of the visit was to “strengthen ties between Mexico and California”  because as we all know his citizens, who are illegally here in our country, are sending back money to Mexico.  Their largest economy we know is oil and the second is the ” freebie money”  that we as citizens donate to them and they in turn are sending back to their home country.  Mexico would fall on its face if it was not for the money being sent back to Mexico from the U.S.  In his speech he stated, “This is the other Mexico” –  in reference to California.

In 2011, PEW Research reported that 83 percent of the over 14 million Hispanics living in the state were of Mexican origin, giving the state a U.S. Rank of 6.  He further stated, “You’re all welcome in California.  We want to be a factor of cohesion, not division, with full respect for the sovereignty of the U.S.  (Shall I laugh at this point?)  This is, at the end, is about – an only about – a matter of justice for those who contribute so much to the development of the American society.”

Now that we have that behind us and all of these people who are illegal – let’s talk about our Marine that you have in prison.  What about his justice? All of your people come across the border illegally, why can’t our Marine come across your border illegally and return like yours do?  Why can’t Americans come into your country without a passport like yours do?  You talk about treating your people fairly in the U.S. what about the same treatment for our Marine and any other U.S. citizen who is in your jails?  Since we have open borders into the U.S. –  why don’t we have open borders going into Mexico?   Can the American people come to your country and get free education, free healthcare, free housing, free food, and free gas?

After 101 days, since March 31, 2014, in a Mexican prison, Marine Sgt. Tahmooressi is still in jail.  Why isn’t our leader standing up for him?  He crossed the border legally,  not illegally, and was plunked into a jail.  We have illegals here and we don’t put them in jail – we give them all of those freebies and welcome them into the country.  Didn’t President Nieto say he wanted to be a factor of cohesion not division and a matter of justice?  What do you say, Amigo?
