How many years, days, and hours have we heard that story about the “disability social security is going to run out of money?”  Then out of the clear blue sky – they always find a waste basket full of millions of dollars stored in one of their closets.  It would seem to me if the budget office can foresee this, they could give the government some advice as to what to do before we do run out of borrowed money.  My advice is stop the fraud and waste – stop giving it to the people who have not invested in the system.  Surely you have all of the names who actually put money into it.  It seems in the past, you were only able to take out if  you had put in! What is so difficult about that?
