This is one problem that is finally being addressed for all of society.  Now it has to be dealt with at the welfare office where we are missing two requirements – drug testing to receive welfare and return the work requirement which was dropped by the present administration.  

O’Reilly has certainly covered the issue; and, like it or not, it is a fact that has to be faced sooner or later for the country to help everyone receive a shot at life.  Discipline is one factor that has to be put back in its place in society because the “wet noodle” society has not worked.
