Where is Pelosi and Obama?  I don’t hear them speaking out about this human crisis the Socialist Democratic party and Obama have deliberately  created by bringing in all of these illegal children into the country.  Why not? Are they trying to create a medical crisis because the children have not been tested for any disease?  The reason is – they are planning  what shoe to drop next and trying to keep us busy with these children.

It looks like the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) is heading for the heartbreak hotel again when they flooded the border with all of the children into the U.S. without their parents and let them enter illegally. Attorney General Janet Reno and the government did not learn their lesson during the Elian Gonzalez tangled case back in the 60’s.  Elian and his mother escaped from Cuba in a boat with others and his father remained in Cuba.  The mother died en route to the U.S.  The boat landed in Florida and the Florida state court awarded temporary custody  of Elian to a great-uncle in Florida.  State and federal disputes were very common in civil cases in the 60’s.  This tug of war between the INS and the state court covered a lot of time and a lot of money was spent by both parties over who had the authority – the federal court or the state court.  The INS determined that the boy’s father was his sole lawful guardian, and had the right to make the decision to have the child returned to Cuba –  although there was no basis in law for overturning  the father’s claim because he lives in a communist country.  This tug of war was between the Clinton administration and the INS against Congressional Conservatives and anti-Castro Cubans in Miami.  The INS created great confusion with its initial announcement that it “could not grant custody and that such a request would have to be put before the state courts and later changed its mind.  But, in the end the INS had the legal authority to make the determination that Elian’s father in Cuba is the boy’s lawful guardian.  A lot of heartache was created by the government.  And, they are at it again!

How can this Democratic party be so heartless and put all of these children in danger for their own political tactics?  Why – it is only to create more chaos in this country which is part of their strategy.
