CLASS WARFARE III

America has a “Predatory Mortgage Servicing” law in effect. The law definition is the unfair, deceptive, or fraudulent practices of  lenders and servicing agents during the loan or mortgage servicing process, post loan origination. While there are no legal definitions in the U.S. for predator lending, an audit report on predatory lending from the office of inspector general of the FDIC broadly defines predatory lending as imposing unfair and abusive loan terms on borrowers.

My question then is – why can’t a law be imposed on companies to institute a “fair standard of pay law,” if the companies won’t work with each other to be fair to the American worker and keep all of the money for the top executives?  This should not only apply to executives.  It should also apply to over paid sports athletics, movie stars, government employees, congressmen or women (people who receive monies from lobbyists) or any paid job that is excessive to bring a balance in the country.
