Why are these liberal college professors getting away with all of these rants? It seems that Brent Terry, a liberal professor at East Connecticut University, actually had a melt-down about the Republican party or GOP as he referred to it during one of his creative writing classes. Since when do you have a political discussion in a creative writing class? How did the university re-act? Just the way I would have expected from a liberal college – that it was okay since they have academic freedom and the professors can do anything they want to the students in their classes. This professor needs to go to “Anger Management” therapy. Why does any student have to put up with any ranting in a class room when they are there to learn. Is this part of learning? It is time for all of the states to step in and stop this harassment of students. The states should pass a law if this harassment happens, the professor should be fired or put on leave without pay and the intimidation will stop.
