REMINDER – GET RID OF SUGAR CRAVINGS.

Is your sweet tooth getting in the way of your weight goals? As we all know, America is a nation of sugar eaters.  The average American eats about 20 teaspoons of sugar a day.  The next time you are craving some chocolate cake or candy bar, just whip up the following;  

Mix one teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of warm water. Rinse your mouth with this mixture for a few seconds and then spit it out.  Your cravings should disappear immediately.
