Byron York’s column on “Hillary leans on Bill, Barack to sell presidency” doesn’t sound like a future president that I would want to vote for to solve the problems in this country. When asked what her achievements were during her tenure as Secretary of State, she appeared not be able to think of anything except, she felt that her role was “as a relay race. I mean, you run the best race you can run, you hand off the baton. Some of what hasn’t been finished may go on to be finished.” From the article, it sounded like she was going to continue to be hooked on to her husband’s coat tails as in the past and to Barack’s domestic, not foreign, tasks. So, it looks like this country will continue on the track to Socialism. Her lack of charisma or inspiration is what we keep seeing; but, yet, everything she spoke was a ring of entitlement.
What are the people looking for in a candidate – do they want someone with humility, inspiration, military experience or charisma. Whoever it is, they definitely should be evaluated by a psychiatrist for human failings. Let’s do a little more soul-searching in our next group of candidates and not be so quick on the draw for inexperience or a sham artist.
