What does the public do when they make a purchase and it is a lemon?  We all know that we return it to the seller and get a refund.  So, that is what Obamacare is – nothing but a lemon and every state should use their “lemon law” to get rid of this nightmare.   The air waves are beaming about how to handle Obamacare.  In Texas, the Republican primary total vote was 97% to 3% to repeal it.   Other suggestions have been to “tinker” with and fix it.  There isn’t any way Obamacare can be fixed because the people who would do the “fixin” aren’t qualified to fix it.  Have you ever seen any of these “knuckle heads” fix anything?  They do not even know what is in this piece of supposedly educated hardware.  Have you every seen a program that the government is involved in that is working correctly – no,  because it always has corruption and protection for itself in its dealings – examples – Post Office, IRS, CIA, Educational system, EPA, and many others.  All of these Senate Democrats who originally voted for the original Obamacare bill are running away from this bill now and sputtering – that is not the bill I voted for – sorry, all of you Democrat Senators – you have voted for nothing to change the original bill except – our Man in waiting, who thinks he is man superior and who has extended the dates of inauguration for different parts of this bill to help in the November 2014 election – so don’t let these Senators try to pull the wool over your eyes – nothing has changed in the bill – it is still as nasty as it was in the beginning.   My recommendation is to let the free private market handle our health insurance.  The insurance that Obamacare is selling is nothing but – taking your high premiums with a high deductible and you end  up with nothing but catastrophic insurance that will never pay for anything unless it is a serious illness and then it might not be covered.  You will not  even have your present doctor or hospital.

Some of the items in this HB-3200  healthcare that are effective in 2014 and affect people over 75 who are the millennials grandparents: 

You must be admitted by your primary physician in order for Medicare to pay for it.  If you are admitted thru the ER,  it is treated as an outpatient care and the hospital costs are not covered. 

Page 272 – at age 76 you are not eligible for cancer treatment.

Page 50/Section 152 – The bill will provide insurance for all non-U.S. residents even if they are here illegally. 

Pages 58-59 – THE GOVERNMENT WILL HAVE REAL TIME EXCESS TO AN INDIVIDUAL’S BANK ACCOUNT AND WILL HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFERS FROM THOSE ACCOUNTS.  (AND FOR WHAT REASON WOULD THIS OCCUR  AND THEY WOULD BE INVADING MY PRIVACY?)  THIS IS THE ONE THAT WE ALL NEED TO BE AFRAID OF AND SLAP THEM BACK IN THE FACE. 

Page 65/Section 164 – The plan will be subsidized by the government for all union members, union retires, and for community organizations (Acorn).

Page 203/Line 14-15 – The tax imposed under this section will not be treated as a tax.

Pages 241 & 253 – Doctors will be paid the same regardless of their speciality and the government will set the doctor’s fees.

Page 272/Section 1145 – Cancer hospitals will ration according to the patient’s age.

Pages 317/321 – The government will impose a prohibition on hospital expansions; however, counties may petition for an exception. 

Page 425, Lines 4-12 – The government mandates the advance-care planning consultations.  Those on social security will be required to attend an “end of life planning” seminar every 5 years (death counseling).

Page 429, Line 13-25 – The government will specify which doctors can write an end of life order.

Well, all of you folks better stay healthy.  This is only a snipet of Obama’s OWNER’S MANUAL.  And to think all this time we thought our Democratic  Congress, Senate, and our leader were looking out for our welfare!  Now, in November, 2014 – let’s take a look and see how we can handle their welfare.
