Television has a constant conversation going on about our leader exceeding his authority in the duties that he is performing. If there are three equal branches of government with our leader being one person and the other two branches consisting of many people – who is supposed to step up to the plate and protect our constitution since each person has sworn on a Bible that “they will uphold the constitution?” Isn’t this a dereliction of duty and can’t they all be impeached? Doesn’t the Supreme Court have the responsibility if the three branches are not doing their job? Who is protecting the rights of the people since they are being abused by the IRS and NSA? Since Judge Roberts of the Supreme Court was the deciding factor and caused all of the problems with the ruling on Obamacare, and now the leader is exceeding his authority – why isn’t the Supreme Court not stepping in – or is the Supreme Court not performing the duty they have sworn to protect the constitution and the people?
