The education system has failed our country.  With all of this social promotion that started with the “I did not have sex with that woman”  years, we are  not prepared for the 21st century because of all of the dumbing down that has been going on.  Mr. Bill Gates of the famous Microsoft Company stated many years ago that they were not able to hire our graduating college students because they could not even pass their company entrance exams.  That should have told the country something at that time.  But, as usual, the knee jerk action did not respond.  This person even wrote Gates a letter and told him the Exxon way.  Take the best and brightest, put them in the Microsoft pasture, and train them yourself.  Although it must not have been a good idea because this person never received a response.  Our companies with the situation at hand have to go around this problem because our educational system is not doing their job.  My suggestion is to go to a school voucher system and put these unions on notice and let the union compete for the educational taxpayers dollars.  I bet all of those “white collar” union officials would stand up and take notice.  Who knows they might even clean up the corruption!
