Is the U.S. Chamber of Commerce supporting big business against the American workers which are the Tea Party? The word on the street seems to be that it is! I think they are making a huge mistake.
In addition, labor unions are also financing a Republican group which is led by former Ohio Representative Steve LaTourette, a Republican who had good relations with labor (is that the same as being in bed with them) during his tenure in Congress. In fact, he voted for a minimum wage increase, the 2009 auto bailout, and a bill making it easier to organize a union.
Are we surprised that a liberal Republican, who supported big labor during his tenure in Congress, would receive money from big labor to run a rift within his party? It is that same old story, “birds of a feather stick together.”
We all know that big labor has never been pals of the Republicans. So is there something on the horizon or are they playing the ends against the middle? Sooner or later those skunks are going to start smelling and it ain’t going to be smelling like a rose.
