There are a lot of opinions out there about global warming.  Scientists have not proven the specifics among themselves and have differing views in this pseudo science.  Meanwhile, the government is expending millions of dollars, yearly, on a wild goose chase.   The battle is over market share, not science.  This is a booming green business windfall and our government is filling the troughs on the unknown at this time.  Businesses are asking: How is this going to affect business? What are the investing consequences?  Who will be the financial winners and losers of climate change?  When this is figured out, will there be a green fortune waiting out there for the winner?
