The last mayor in New York, Bloomberg, is singing a new song today.  It is called “start spreadin’ the news, I’m leaving today.”  As we all know Bloomberg told all of the New Yorkers how to eat, drink and be married during his time in office.  He raised the taxes so high that a lot of moneyed people moved to Florida where there is no state income tax.  They are running ads on television,  even today,  begging people to come back to New York and start a business with no taxes for ten years.   Now this new Mayor is a Progressive (Socialist) and he wants to drive the horses with antique cars instead of horses and carriages.  I thought these progressives were against pollution.  If he uses old antique cars – just think of the pollution!  I thought we had a government program to get rid of all of the old “clunkers?”  Seems in the new mayor’s inauguration there were a lot of old clunkers on the stage preaching all of the old hate stories on how bad America is treating everyone.  I do not understand, if they hate this country so much and do not like the freedoms – why don’t they leave and  “take a slow boat to China?”  We would be happy to arrange passage for the Clintons, Belafonte, and the Pastor.
