Is it my imagination or are the butt seats and leg room in planes getting smaller and smaller? It seemed the distance from my face to the seat in front of me wasn’t very far. They did tell me I could pay $39 for more leg room. Why should I? Didn’t I buy a butt seat and leg room when I purchased the ticket? We do find out that people can behave strangely in an airplane. The fun part of arriving at your seat is – it is hard to navigate the narrow aisle with the one piece of luggage and a purse in tow and then wondering if the person next to you will fit in his seat and not take half of yours or if he/she ate garlic before the flight. Also, it seemed the person next to me was so close, I could hear him breathing. My hope is always that the seat next to mine will be vacant which doesn’t happen too often. Instead of trying to make so much money, I do wish the airlines would consider the passengers for a change.
