Congressman Tom Rice of South Carolina, a Republican, is sponsoring a resolution in the House that would, if adopted (we will see if Boehner will allow it – I bet he won’t), direct the legislative body “to bring a civil action for declaratory or injunctive relief to challenge certain policies and actions taken by the executive branch.”  In other words, Rep. Rice wants to take President Obama to court for  not faithfully executing the laws of this country.  Glory be, glad to see somebody has the back bone to stand up for our country.  If Boehner doesn’t let this go through then we will know whose side he is on because up to now he is stopping the House from doing their job.
