How much truth is in this bill HR 4646?  It was sponsored by Rep. Chaka Fattah, Socialist Democrat from Pennsylvania, and calls for a 1% tax on all bank transactions every time money goes in or goes out or even a transfer within your own bank.  In the next election, we must do a better job of vetting these people who only know one path – the path of taxing and spending.  Call your congressman!
