All of the talk today was about Obamacare and the death panels that were denied by the administration.  It seems there is so much in the program that the American people are not aware of and it is a shame that we have been hood-winked by the  likes of Socialist Democrat Pelosi in her famous statement.  But, the other fact is – how could this law be legal since the people who passed the Obamacare law did not know what was in it.  The Supreme Court who ruled on it did not know what was in it when they concluded that it was a tax.  Therefore, it was a fraud perpetuated by the government on the people.  We have always been told never sign any contract that contains terms you don’t understand.  So how can the people be saddled with a contract for insurance when the government has failed in every aspect.  Every state has “lemon” laws which must be used to void this law and federal protection must be used under the provisions of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act to protect the people.  Where are all of the smart lawyers in this country – can’t any one of you smell a law suit?

It seems strange that the insurance executives who met with Obama have not explained to the people nor  has Obama on what they are now conspiring because everything is a secret – so you can’t trust either one.
