They tell us the IRS is going to be in charge of Obamacare and to enforce all of the taxes in the program.  Throughout the year we have heard from all of the people who have been targeted by the IRS.  Now it has been reported that the IRS paid out $132 billion to people who were not qualified for tax credits.  There is no accountability in the government.   They did state that they were not going to try to retrieve the $132 billion.   Just one bungle after another!  Where is the oversite committee?
