Who shut the government down on purpose to take the heat off of Obamacare?  Who won’t negotiate?  Who always blames everything on others?  Who won’t meet with the Republican Party?  Who gave away billions of dollars to businesses who went bankrupt?  Who wouldn’t pay death benefits to our soldiers families? Who shut down all of the National Parks?  Who wants the government and country to fail?  Who is a dictator?  Who spent more money than any other leader?  Who has campaigned constantly and has not performed his job?  Who, Who, says the wise old owl?  Everyone knows the answer to all of these questions!  But, for those who don’t know,  I will give you two answers and one does not count!
