Why was our leader in such a ranting mood in his speech yesterday?  I thought he said he was going to work with the Republicans to try to make something happen when they returned from their break.  He promised so many things.   He has been riding the wave of identity politics – is that what he is doing when he is calling out the Republicans?  He just isn’t a good mixer,  I guess.  I know if I had a friend like our leader and he berated me like he does the Republicans, it would be hard to work with him knowing he feels this way.  Especially, since he has made such a mess of everything in our government and won’t let anyone help him straighten it out.  It seems to me he should attend some “anger management classes,” to show him how to compromise and  get along with people.
