It seems our Sheriff, who is protecting the constitution, in Phoenix, AZ, has run into some proposed political legal snaffoo.  U.S. District Judge Murray Snow, a Democrat and Federal Judge in Phoenix, and Cecillia Wang, Director of the ACLU immigrants’ rights project, are going to appoint a “monitor” person to oversee Sheriff Joe’s immigration policies because in the Judge’s eyes, he is still cracking down on illegal immigration and “profiling.”  As we all have heard that “the U.S. Supreme Court has allowed to stand a part of the law that permits police to question people they stop about their immigration status.”  Wasn’t the Sheriff elected to do a  job and the Judge was appointed?  So, whose water bucket is the Judge carrying?

It is amazing that foreigners enter our country, illegally, which is a violation of our constitution and then tell us what they want?  No truer words were spoken by Jeff Foxworthy – “If you can get arrested for hunting and fishing without a license, but not for entering and remaining in the country, illegally – you might live in a nation that was founded by geniuses but is run by idiots.  Try entering Mexico – illegally – ask any Mexican – he can certainly tell you –  and see what happens! 

The big question is, “Who will resolve the disputes with the Sheriff?”  The Judge replied, “I will resolve the disputes.”  What, the fox guarding the hen-house?  As the old saying goes, “The Judge needs to walk Spanish.”  The definition of “walk Spanish” is – he needs to be thrown out!
