Does everybody out there have a free phone yet?  Sorry to disappoint you –  but there ain’t nothing free.  Obama is not paying for it.  You,  as a phone user,  have what they call a “hidden tax” on your little old phone bill.  It is called, “universal service.”  At the present time this “Obama phone,”  as people call it,  is costing the taxpayer $2.19 BILLION.  It is not just a plain phone folks, some of these people are given the i-phone and everything that goes with it.  As usual in government, there are no checks and balances, and the program has run amuck.
