Every now and then it takes a true military mind to come up with a classic quote!  Before his death in an interview, General Norman Schwarzkopf was asked if he thought there was room for forgiveness toward the people who have harboured and abetted the terrorists who perpetrated the 911 attacks on America.  His answer was: 

“I believe that forgiving them is God’s function.  Our job is simply to arrange the meeting.”

I always felt safe with him in command and leading our soldiers.  Now he is leading God’s Army.  Thank you for your service, Sir.
