What mentality does a person have when they take that step to destroy public property in their own city?  Do their body actually experience some type of “high?”  The thought and memory which is the cerebral cortex is the brain’s most elaborate center, where sensations are registered and voluntary actions are initiated.  It has been called the seat of all which is exclusively human in the mind, for here decisions are made, higher thought processes occur, and memories are stored.  The emotions are the limbic system which contributes to emotions, such as those aroused by playing or listening to music.  Experiments have demonstrated the importance of this system to emotional reactions which is buried deep in the brain.  Fear and fearless, hunger and satiety, rage, and sexual urges are all managed by various parts of the brain. When the damagers return home – how proud are they – or do they go pick up their pay check for “doing a job.”
